作品版权乃创作者知识产权只允许合法利用
知识产权也就是艺术品版权属于其创作者一生一世。创作者离开人间后作品版权则自动归于其至亲家属所拥有为期长达70年之久。
上述版权法明确指出，艺术作品无需在版权局注册或附上版权声明文件，其版权自然可以获得合法保护，作为创作者的艺术家在创作完成后就立即拥有其艺术作品的版权。
买家购买艺术家的艺术作品之后，其所拥有的仅仅是附在实体材料上的艺术品。然而，版权却仍然属于创作者所拥有。除非创作者在售卖其作品之时将版权明确作为交易项目的一部分或可令商议达至成交结果之销售条件而全权转让给买方，不论在销售协议中是否包含额外的金钱收益； 但若并非全权转让则创作者依然保有其权益。定局的关键在于有关版权转让事项是否分明编写于交易合约中。
知识产权也就是作品版权，是创作者取不尽用不完的财富，可以在商业交易中协议指定各种或某种版权使用模式类别而契约成交，而且还可以合法重复多次交易，不论交易多少次版权依旧属于创作者所拥有，除非合约中明确指定全权移交给买方。知识产权合法交易是本集团所有平台多项业务中的重要专业项目。
作为艺术创作者和复制艺术品出版商的桥梁，本集团所有平台皆全权负责管理所有参展艺术家的作品版权，提供合法版权交易专业服务:
* 交易协商之时将照会有关艺术家
* 交易成功将立即签署《三方合约》履行版权转让合法程序
* 本平台将于收到买方的全额款项之后立即进行版权转让移交事项
* 艺术作品的图像将以专业拍摄的300dpi高清数码照片用 tiff 版本传递给买方，原始数码照片（RAW）仅对有特别用途需求之买方另加提供
* 本平台仅收取成交收益数额的15%作为服务费
* 85%归为卖方（创作者）所得，将于版权转让合法程序完成后的第8天通过银行的先进汇款方式付款给卖方，卖方将会立马收到款项。
* 三方指的是 买方、卖方 与 本集团平台 *

* The artist involved will be informed during the process of transaction.
* A three-party-agreement inclusive of the licensee (buyer), the artist and the platform will be signed for the transaction
* Immediately after receiving the full payment from the buyer, the platform will process the transfer of copyright to the licensee (buyer).
* Images of art pieces will be transferred in high resolution professionally taken digital photos with 300 dpi in tiff. format, raw digital photos will only be transferred on request to copyright buyers with special needs.
* A 15% commission will be charged on the amount of the transacted revenue.
* 85% of the net revenue will be paid to the artist on the 8th day after the completion of transaction via bank transfer, PayNow, Fast or PayPal etc.

Artists who are creators own the copyright of their works of art immediately after the completion of their creations. Their art pieces need not be registered with the copyright office or to have a copyright notice attached with to receive copyright legal protections.
After the purchase of artists' art pieces, what exactly buyers own are simply those art pieces in the tangible materials. However, the copyright ownership still remains intact with the artists who had created them; unless the artists had specifically transferred their copyrights to their buyers as a deal or a condition of the sale for their art pieces either with or without additional monetary gain in the selling agreement as long as the transfer of copyright was clearly written in the transaction agreement.
Copyrights of art pieces are intellectual properties belonging to artists who created them can be traded commercially for various usage modules with black and white agreement.
